Problem
A heuristic evaluations workshop was scheduled by a University research group but there was no public platform for prospective attendees to easily access to the event details and facilitated the registration process. This lack could lead to fewer subscribers, potentially missing the target audience.

Responsive design - Designing a landing page
Hyphotesis
Developing a user-friendly landing page with event details would generate public interest, resulting in an increased number of well-informed and motivated registrants, thereby enhancing the overall success of the event.
Research
To understand client's goals and users needs, conducted in-depth discussions with event organizers to clarify expectations and requirements.

User Persona: Identified the target audience to tailor the landing page to their needs.
User persona
Landing Page Goals:
- Provide comprehensive event information (purpose, agenda, dates, etc.).
- Facilitate a seamless registration process.
- Establish credibility and trust.
- Enhance accessibility through QR code integration.

With these insights in hand, the foundation was laid for the creation of a landing page that not only met the organizers' expectations but also resonated with and catered to the specific interests of the workshop's prospective participants.
Implementation
Color and font: Incorporated colors from the academic group's logo for visual identity reinforcement, and selected "League Spartan" font for its legibility, modernity, and professional style.
Webflow: Transferred the design using Webflow, a non-code tool, ensuring the real information was accurately represented.
Responsive Design: Designed for accessibility through a link or QR code, accommodating users on various devices.

Results
Exceeded registration expectations: 25 attendees registered exclusively through the landing page, surpassing the initial goal of 20.
Learnings
Time Constraints: Limited time necessitated a focused client interview to identify communication goals for the landing page.
360º Context: Understanding the broader context, including hardware, communication modes, and marketing strategies, is crucial for digital product success.
Text Delivery:
Establishing deadlines for client-provided texts helps avoid issues with project timelines.
